We make time to teach, research and write as a way of enriching and progressing our critical thinking. Both of us have taught at the Welsh School of Architecture for over 10 years, and our practice builds on our research based approach to design and creativity, which we developed working together and with others and the Design Research Unit, Cardiff University in our formative years.
We use publications, installations and exhibitions, in addition to collaborations and residencies with artists, as a way of producing new thought, testing ideas, developing craft and making skills, engendering relationships with our landscape and culture, and most of all, staying curious.
